Old & New in the Hui Shan District of Wuxi, China

Andis took Tony for an E-bike ride in an area of Hui Shan District near Casa K.  They saw old and new buildings.

Is the first building from the pre 1980 area?  Hard to say.  The second building has definitely been built within the last three years.
